Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the payments is completed.
At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. If purchasing value is over USD150.00, we will choose one forwarders for you (EMS, DHL or UPS), depending on which is the most efficient, safest and fastest for our worldwide customers. Normally DHL is our first choice.
We also do ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped normally. As fast shipping is our customers' first needs.
Free Shipping : It takes about 7-14 working days for the parcel to reach your side normally. ( TrackingNo. no )
Registered Air Mail : It takes 7-10 working days for the parcel to reach your side normally. ( TrackingNo. available )
Express parcel : It takes about 5 working days for the parcel to reach your side normally. ( TrackingNo. available )
If you choose Registered Air mail, you can track your parcel info at Hong Kong Post official site first.

France, Germany, Holland, Puerto Rico, Australia, Japan, Italy, and Spain Customers can track the parcel at your local Post office. Express Parcel (EMS, DHL or UPS): usually take 3 to 5 business days' delivery with a tracking numbers, if have any questions, the forwarder will contact us in 12 hours, and then we will send you email to remedy the situation.
Return / Exchange Policy
All items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the shipment date to against manufacturer defects.
We are not responsible for those items that are lost or damaged by the forwarder, but if an incident does occur we will do our best to remedy the situation and assist you.
We accept return/refund for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
1) Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs..
2) All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.
All cancellations must be notified by writing within 1-2 business days after order placed, otherwise we will precede your order like other orders. Use online help communication is preferred.
1. How fast can you guys send my stuff off?
Orders for IN-STOCK items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing except weekends. Orders with money clearing on the weekend will ship out next Monday.
Here are some things that can affect the item being sent instantly :
* The item is not in stock. We will always display a notice on an items page if it is out of stock. Please read!
* Some items, like KES 400A PS3 laser lens are NEVER rushed. We would rather delay your shipment by a day then send of a unit that has not been tested properly.
* If you order multiple items, one being in-stock, and one being out-of-stock, we will hold the in-stock item until both items are available.
* If you don't agree with this, then make 2 separate orders as there are no exceptions to the rule!
Sounds like a bunch of excuses, but we are just trying to make our customers understand.
Re-reading that make it seem like we are slow, we are quite the opposite!
2. What happens if an item is lost?
If an item is lost in the post, we will work with you to find the article. If a lost article was sent by registered post, it may take some time to process a refund or replacement. Express parcel is the same.
3. What happens if my item is defective?
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Electronics are definitely not made in heaven, so they do have a small failure rate. The user is responsible for return postage, and we will share the extra shipping charge to send the replacement to you.
Defective within warranty period
All items (except KES 400A PS3 laser lens) have a warranty period, if it is not displayed on the page, then it is 3 months. If an item dies, we will replace it. We will only replace it if it's a manufacture defect, we will not replace a product that has been made dysfunctional via user error. The user is responsible for return postage costs to us; we will pay for posting the item back to you. Please don't just return the item; you need to contact us about it first!
Quote your order number and give us a detailed description of the problem.
If you return an item that is working, we will send the item back after you have paid for return postage. Please make sure the error is not related to 3rd party products you are using. If you return an item that is out of stock, we obviously cannot provide you with a replacement.
Some options are: swapping it with a similar product, store credit.
